In the heart of Enchanted Woods, where the sun whispers secrets to the ancient trees, there lived a gnome named Eirik. Unlike ordinary gnomes, Eirik wore clothes woven from the dreams of the forest, vibrant with fractal patterns that mirrored the mandala of life. Each morning, he would meander through the luminescent foliage, his beard carrying tiny dewdrops like celestial ornaments.
This particular morning, Eirik was accompanied by his friend, Aithne, a small dragon with wings like autumn leaves. As they strolled, the forest awakened, with sunbeams cutting through the mist, setting the world aglow. The mushrooms nodded in greeting, and the moss sparkled under Eirik's boots, soft as a whisper.
Today was special. Eirik was to brew the Midsummer Potion, a magical elixir that ensured the forest's perpetual bloom. Ingredients were scattered all around, hidden in plain sight—crystallized honey, a feather from a phoenix's tail, and the laughter of a brook. Aithne's keen eyes...
We have been married for 25+ years and enjoy photographing the world around us.
