Her scales shimmered with the hues of the forest's edge, a masterpiece of greens and golds, making her the crown jewel of her aquatic realm.
Seraphina's days were spent in the silent ballet of the hunt, gliding through the water with a grace that belied her ferocity. The smaller fish in the lake told tales of the Empress’s swift and decisive strikes, a terror to those who dared stray into her domain.
Yet, the Empress held a secret close to her gills. She was the guardian of the lake's heart, a mystical pearl that granted vitality to the waters she called home. Each full moon, Seraphina would venture to the deepest trench to commune with the pearl, ensuring the lake remained a bastion of life.
