Fantastic shot! Love the feather details! Birds are my fav. subject as well. I have sold a few, but you are right, they dont sell as good a other subjects. I guess that won't keep me for shooting the though!! :D v/f

Bill, great wildlife capture, fantastic details in the photo of the bird and his surroundings. The expression that you captured looks like the bird has seen something and is going in for the kill. This photo is so clear and crisp love the way you blurred out the background to let the viewer concentrate on the bird. Great capture of the colors on the bird and his claws holding onto that branch. Excellent shot. voted, favorite, FB promoted and made it my daily favorite for Friday, August 17th
