Artist's Description

In a forest where the sun kissed the earth's emerald brow, there stood an ancient oak, its branches twisted into eternity. Upon this natural throne perched a red-tailed hawk, a regal figure draped in a cloak of feathers, each one painted with the hues of the setting sun. This was Auriel, the silent watcher of the woodlands, whose keen eyes missed nothing.

Each day, as the sun began its descent, painting the sky with the colors of fire and passion, Auriel would take her place amongst the carved branches. The forest creatures below respected her, a mix of awe and fear in their eyes. Her presence promised protection, for her sharp talons and swifter wings were a relentless force against any who dared threaten the harmony of their home.

On this evening, as Auriel surveyed her realm, a rustle in the underbrush caught her attention. With the slightest tilt of her head, she focused on a fawn that had strayed too far from its mother. The young deer, unsteady on its legs, called o...
