Deep within the twilight realm of Glacial Peaks, a town blanketed in perpetual snow and twinkling with the lights of a thousand Christmases, there brewed a storm not of this world. This was the domain of Vardan the Appalling, a sorcerer whose heart had frosted over with a chill that rivalled the biting winds of the north. His eyes, gleaming with malevolence, were fixed upon the heart of the festive town below. Vardan had but one Christmas wish: to unleash his creation, "Winter's Mystic Spiral," a tornado spun from the very essence of winter's wrath, to shroud the town in darkness.
On the eve of the great celebration, as the town's folk of Glacial Peaks gathered in merry assembly, sharing tales and toasts by the fireside, Vardan stood upon the highest turret of his icy fortress. With a cloak as dark as the starless night and a staff pulsing with arcane energy, he whispered incantations of old.
