Jacko, named after an old Australian slang term for a mate who's always up for a laugh, is the store's chosen mascot. He's a feathery fixture amidst the aisles of nails, hammers, and paints, embodying the cheerful spirit of the place. With a playful glint in his eye, he watches over both the patrons and the staff, a benevolent overseer of every transaction and every exchange of DIY advice.
